1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jl30 platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, promotions, and support services — you ("the Player") unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with jl30's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all users of jl30, whether registered members or visitors browsing the platform. jl30 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly indicated. jl30 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jl30 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on jl30. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. jl30 employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Any accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended, and any balances or winnings associated with those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

When registering on jl30, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. jl30 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl30 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jl30 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify jl30 support immediately.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

jl30 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may be held pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jl30 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl30 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the payment method used for deposits must be registered in the same name as the jl30 account holder.

4.2 Minimum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on jl30 is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and the Player's account verification status. jl30 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Processing Times

GCash and PayMaya deposits are credited to your jl30 wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within 30 minutes during banking hours. Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are processed within 15 minutes under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) banking day. jl30 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard cashout requests; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jl30 complies with the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines and its implementing rules. jl30 reserves the right to request documentation for any transaction that triggers reporting thresholds or appears unusual. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by law. Players must not use jl30 for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jl30 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered. General bonus conditions include the following:

• Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• jl30 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.
• Free spins and free bingo cards issued as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements as cash bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise.

jl30 reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a player's betting pattern constitutes bonus abuse. Decisions made by jl30 in this regard are final.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on jl30 — including bingo, slots, live casino games, and sports betting — operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems that have been independently tested for fairness. jl30 does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Each game on jl30 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of each game before placing any wagers. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or dispute.

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game session, jl30's system logs will be used to determine the outcome. If a game round cannot be completed due to a verified technical fault on jl30's side, the wager for that round will be refunded to the Player's account. jl30 is not responsible for disconnections caused by the Player's internet service provider or device.

Sports betting markets on jl30 — including PBA, NBA, UFC, and other events — are settled in accordance with the official results published by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, jl30's decision is final and binding.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jl30 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on jl30.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using jl30 for any money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with jl30 games or systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live bingo or poker-style games.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions processed by jl30.
• Accessing jl30 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your jl30 account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in any conduct that jl30 reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its players, or its reputation.

jl30 reserves the right to investigate any account suspected of prohibited conduct. During an investigation, the affected account may be temporarily suspended and withdrawals withheld. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, jl30 may permanently close the account and forfeit any remaining balance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl30 platform — including but not limited to the jl30 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl30 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl30 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jl30 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on jl30 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any jl30 software or system.
• Use jl30's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without express written authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl30 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the jl30 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunctions, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond jl30's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information, content, or game outcome displayed on jl30.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of jl30 services, whether planned or unplanned.
• Losses arising from changes to game rules, odds, or platform features.

jl30's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jl30's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

jl30 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.
• The Player's voluntary request to close their account.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in the account — after deduction of any bonuses, disputed amounts, or amounts subject to investigation — will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be submitted to jl30's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a dispute, Players must contact jl30 support in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the complaint. jl30 will acknowledge receipt within two (2) business days and aim to resolve the dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through jl30's internal process, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are dissatisfied with jl30's resolution may also escalate their complaint to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.
